Easy Chicken Wraps

I'm always looking for an easy recipe that I can throw together at the last minute that doesn't take too long to create or cook.  When I was searching chicken recipes on Pinterest, I was led to Stephanie's blog, Plain Chicken.

She has tons of chicken recipes on her blog (I mean, duh, the blog's called Plain Chicken!) and I came across these little beauties:

BBQ Chicken Wraps

8 frozen chicken fingers (She suggested Tyson brand)
1 can crescent rolls
4 (or 8) slices cheddar cheese
1 c favorite BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 350*

Pour BBQ sauce into a small bowl.  Open crescents and separate into 8 sections. Dip frozen chicken strips into BBQ sauce.  Place each frozen strip (no need to thaw ~ another plus!) onto crescent dough and cover with cheese slice.  (If you're cutting straight from the block, you'll need 8 slices.  If you're using slices, just rip 'em in half.)  Roll dough around the chicken as you would if you were making crescent rolls.

Place on greased baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes.  Delish!

She also has around 10 varieties of this easy meal ~ Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Cordon Blue, Chicken Parmesan, and Roast Beef French Dip to name a few.  I've made the BBQ, French Dip and Buffalo Chicken.  All 3 have been deemed at hit at my house.  I'm excited to try the others!
